DAY 20- PRAYER FOR DESTINY LEADERSHIP AT ALL LEVELS

1. 1kings 3:9 – Heavenly Father, we pray that you bless all Destiny leaders (pastors) with wisdom and a discerning heart to distinguish between right and wrong. Instruct them on how to carry out their duties in a Godly manner, with wisdom and confidence.
2. Galatians 6:9-10 – Heavenly Father, may our leaders be refreshed by the Holy Spirit and may you give them the strength to press on through any difficulty. May the Holy Spirit keep reminding them of the essence of their calling so that they can keep trusting the leading of Heaven rather than situations around them.

3. Micah 6:8 – Dear Father, we pray that our leaders would be protected from the schemes of the enemy such as pride, lust, anxiety, anger, gluttonousness, etc. and that they would willingly offer their hearts to God and walk in humility daily.
4. Psalm 128:3-4 – Dear Father, may the families of our leaders grow in love and unity of purpose as they pursue the Lord together; we pray that our leaders and their spouses would be of one mind and would pursue God-fearing relationships with submission towards one another. May they raise God-fearing children in the knowledge and understanding of God.
5. Proverbs 11:14 – Dear Father, may our leaders be led by the Holy Spirit that they would know where He is leading and guiding leaders and the entire church. We release divine wisdom on our leaders to follow the path that God sets forth in Ministry, business, etc. and that the path itself would be clear to them to follow.
6. Acts 8: 26-31 – Heavenly Father, just as YOU brought the Ethiopian Eunuch and Philip together, we Pray that there would be divine partnership and connection for our leaders between ministries across the world and we also pray that God would provide connections with government leaders and others in places of influence for our Pastors. We call forth divine connection and partnership in all spheres of life for our leaders.
7. Dear Father, we Pray for growth in skills, talents, and leadership for our pastors. Decorate them with a supernatural understanding of leading others rightly and boldly. Perfect all that concerns them.
8. Luke 22:39-40 – Our Father and God, give a supernatural grace to our leaders, that they would be protected from the lusts of the flesh. Enable them to easily turn away from sin and look to YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS IN CHRIST OUR LORD. Empower them with you Word to overcome every setback.
9. 3 John:1-2 – Sweet Holy Spirit, we Pray that our leaders and families would be protected from both known and unknown, minor and major illness. We release sound and lasting health in their bodies. We Pray for energy and physical strength on their mortal life to press on in ministry and carry out goals and tasks efficiently without any form of weaknesses.
10. 2 Corinthians 9:8-9 – Heavenly Father, we Pray that our leaders have more than sufficient in all that they do. We Pray for financial provision and blessings and grace in all that they set their hands to do. Our leaders will see the fruit of their labor and would be given an increase in wisdom, talents, friends, family and all that God has given them.
11. Psalms 32:7 – Heavenly Father, we pray for protection for all our leaders and families, keep them away from the scourge of tongues and from the conspiracy of the evil ones. We rebuke every attack against them and their families in Jesus’ name. Surround them with your deliverance.
12. Joshua 1:9 – Heavenly Father, we Pray that our Leaders would have the hearts of lions, that they would speak truth in wisdom and lead as the Lord leads them. By your power, we replace every fear in them with Faith. Every remnant of doubt washed away in the blood of the Lamb. Bless every church leader and fill them with boldness to seek out new opportunities that they would never normally seek.
13. Romans 8:1 – Heavenly Father, we silenced every voice of condemnation, accusation and confusion around our leaders and their families. We declare NO CONTENTION over their lives and families. By the Spirit of God, we arrest whatsoever that is contending with God’s servants in Jesus’ name. We declare peace over the works of their hands.
14. Matt. 5:13-20 – Heavenly Father, we pray that you wholly restore every stolen uniqueness, essence and glory associated with the calling of every leader in Jesus’ name. Neither situation nor condition will cause our leaders to lose their value and worthiness. The dignity of their offices is hereby restored in Jesus’ name.
15. Mark 16:20 – Heavenly Father, confirm every word of our pastors with signs and wonders. At their words, let every stubborn situation give way, let demons bow and sicknesses disappear in Jesus’ name. No challenge shall be bigger than them to overcome and no battle will be too big for them to conquer.
16. Dear Lord, open to every leader a new chapter of grace and anointing in their work with you. Help them live a life of possibilities in your name. May they manifest your gifts in their lives. Cause their gift to make ways for them even in this harsh economy.
