LOVE AND UNITY

Day 21 – LOVE AND UNITY

1. We praise You Lord for lavishing your great love on us and making us your children. And for drawing us closer each with your loving kindness (1Jn 3:1; Jer 31:3)
2. Dear Lord Jesus, unite us in love just as You are united with the Father in love. May we love one another as You have loved us. (Jn 17:11,20-21;Jn 15:12)
3. Give us a hunger to live in unity with each other in the bond of peace and fellowship in the Spirit. May the world know that we are your disciples by our love for one another. (Jn 13:34-35; Rom 12:9-10)
4. Father, enable every member of Destiny and Your Church worldwide to live in harmony with each other, having the mind of Christ reflecting in our thoughts, speech, actions and relationships with each other. (Rom 12:16-18; 1 Pet 3:8-9).
5. Lord, forgive every misdeed of slander, unforgiveness, malice, anger, hurts, bitterness, offence, quick criticism and wrong judgment against each another. Help us to love without prejudice or bias; accepting each other as your would. (Phil 2:3-5; Eph 4:31-32)
6. Lord, build your body, your Church worldwide healthy and strong in genuine love, unity and true oneness in Jesus name. (Acts 2:44;Acts 4:32)
7. Lord Jesus, give us that unity, that absorption, that resolution to put away anything that hinders. Let our thoughts, actions and intentions be united to glorify you. (Eph 4:13;Heb 12:15)
8. Lord, we declare that we will not only look out for our own interests but take genuine interest in each other’s needs; practicing hospitality. (Phil 2:3-5;Rom12:13)
9. We choose to live in harmony with each other and resist strife and divisions; having one mind, thought and purpose to your praise and glory. (Phil 2:3-5;1Cor 1:10-11)
10. We declare as a Church family that we will turn away from evil and do good. We will seek peace and work to maintain it. We will encourage and build each other up in love which is the bond of perfection. So help us, God. (1Pet 3:8-9; Heb 10:24)
11. Help us Lord to make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace in our homes, and church communities. May we seek after those things that are well pleasing in your sight. (Eph 4:1-5;Phil 2:1-2)
12. Lord, grant us the spirit of wisdom to dwell with one another in love, unity and understanding. (Prov 4:5-7;Prov 9:1).
13. Father, enable us to work worthy of our calling and accomplish greater works for you as we partner in love and unity with one another. (Neh 4:6;Ps 133:1-3)
14. Help us Lord to put aside our differences and work in harmony to advance Your kingdom on Earth in power. (Acts 4:32-33;Mark 16:20)
15. Help us Lord to die to self, sinful desires, greed and ungodliness. Empower us rather to strive for unity, peace and love amongst ourselves. (Col 3:5-9;Col 3:12-15)

16. Father, keep us from selfish ambition and foolish arrogance. May we be humble, tender hearted, considerate and caring towards one another. (Phil 2:3-5; Rom 12:10,16)
17. Father, strengthen us individually and collectively to put on the new nature of Christ till we become more and more like Him in gentleness, mercy, kindness, humility, compassion and patience. May we imitate you always. (Col 3:9-13;Eph 5:1-2)
18. Help us Lord to faithfully serve one another in love and to strengthen, forgive encourage and edify each other in the spirit of love, unity and cooperation. (Heb 10:24-25;Col 3:15-16)
19. Lord, keep us your Church from discord, disunity and divisions. May the world see your love in us and be drawn to you. (1Cor 1:10-11;Phil 4:2-3;Matt 5:16)
